Her expertise includes plan design, fiduciary governance, vendor management, investment lineup oversight, and helping clients stay compliant and protected in an ever-changing regulatory environment.
Jamie takes a responsive and solutions-oriented approach, and is passionate about simplifying complex retirement concepts into clear, practical guidance that clients and participants can easily understand. She works closely with employers to create efficient, well-structured retirement plans while helping participants build confidence in their path toward retirement readiness and long-term financial wellness.
Prior to her consulting work, Jamie gained extensive experience at major retirement plan provider firms, where she held roles in compliance, relationship management, and participant education. She also served as Director of a 10-person relationship management team, leading client service initiatives and helping organizations navigate the complexities of retirement plan administration and participant engagement.
Jamie is a graduate of University of New Hampshire and has earned the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor® (CPFA®) designation, demonstrating specialized expertise in retirement plan fiduciary best practices and governance. This designation reflects her commitment to helping employers confidently manage and oversee their retirement plans while supporting strong fiduciary processes and participant outcomes.
Outside of her professional work, Jamie enjoys reading and spending quality time with her husband and three children.
